I have to admit that I really don’t understand how partisan politics works. It seems to me that the various political groups have the best answers for different issues; wouldn’t it make more sense for them to figure out a new political system in which the focus is on consultation rather than political parties? The people would vote for politicians who are the best at consulting rather than at defending their point of view. These people would be in charge of getting together experts in the field they are in charge of and guiding the team to a consensus and, following a pattern of action, reflection and consultation, make the necessary adjustments.

Let’s leave the fighting for the schoolyard; adults consult.
